FRESH RED CHILLIE SAUCE
Ingredients:
8 fresh red chillies
1 slice of ginger
4 pips garlic
1 tbs lime juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbs warm water
sugar to taste
salt to taste
Method:
Blend all the ingredients till smooth.
Your fresh chillie sauce is ready.
NON VEGETARIANS CAN ADD 3 TBS OF CHICKEN BROTH
INSTEAD OF THE WARM WATER.
