SPICY FOUR ANGLED BEAN (kozhi avarai)

This four angled bean can be eaten raw.
The Malays will make fresh red chillie sauce.
Dip the four angled bean in the sauce to eat.
I will post the recipe for the chillie sauce.

I made a simple spicy dish.
This is also a Malay style.
