Spread the dosai very thinly on the dosai kal.
Pour little oil or ghee on the dosai.
When you see the circles in the dosai browning,
Flip it over and cook for another minute.
Remove, sprinkle little sugar, fold the dosai and serve.
The dosai will be soo crispy and crunchy.
