CORN CUSTARD PUDDING



Ingredients:
2 tbs agar agar powder
100 grms sugar
300 ml water
Pinch of salt

1 cup creamed corn
½ cup custard flour mix with 100 ml water


200 ml coconut milk

Method:
Mix the agar agar powder with the sugar.
Bring the 300 ml water to boil, add in the agar agar mixture.
Keep on stirring so that there are no lumps.
Cook until the agar agar and sugar are dissolved.

Slow the flame, add in the cream of corn and mix well.
Add in the mixed custard flour to the 200 ml coconut milk.
Now add the coconut custard mixture to the corn mixture.
Keep stirring until it thickens and cooked.
Pour into rinsed fancy mould. Let it set.
Put it in the fridge , it tastes best when cold.
