                                        Cooked Keerai With The Kanji Water

Another of Suvai's simple healthy keerai.
I was blinking a while what is the kanji water

Ah ha namma rice vadicha kanjii.
Thanks, Suvai nga.

Keerai very simple to make:

keerai chop finely
small onions chopped
1 tomato
1 or two green chillies
boil the above in slow fire well with enough water...& salt to this add one big karandi of kanji water mixed with 1 tsp or two tsps coconut oil....no thaalipu.....if u want u can thalichify...Smile
