TAPIOCA IN MASALA

Ingredients:

2 cups of tapioca cut into cubes.
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp tumeric powder
Salt to taste

To Roast and grind:
½ cup scrapped coconut
2 ts coriander seeds
4 dry red chillies

To Season:
1 tbs oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
2 der red chillies broken
2 tbs thinly sliced shallots
1 sprig curry leaves,

Method;
In a pan put the cut tapioca, tumeric powder, salt,
and the pepper powder.
Add little water and boil the tapioca till ¾ cooked.

In a tsp of oil fry the coriander seeds, red chillie and the coconut,
till the coconut turns golden brown.
Grind everything to a fine paste.

Now add the ground paste to the tapioca and cook further till
The tapioca is fully cooked.
In a pan add the oil , add the mustard seeds, dry chillie, sliced onions.
and the curry leaves. Sauté well and pour it on the cooked tapioca.
Mix well and serve with rice or roti.
