FRIED CHICKEN BALLS



Ingredients:

500 grms ground chicken meat
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tbs corn flour
2 small shallots ground
½ tsp ginger ground
1 green chillie ground
1 egg white
Salt to taste


For Frying:
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup corn flour
Little salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients well for the chicken balls.
Form into balls, the size of a small marble.
Set on waxed paper.

Mix well the ingredients for frying .
Heat oil in a large non-stick frying pan.
Roll the balls in the flour to coat.
Fry in the oil, until the balls float and are golden.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with chillie sauce or plum sauce.
Stick a tooth pick in each ball.
It will look pretty as a starter for parties.
