HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE



Ingredients:

400 grms milk powder
½ cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
Little nuts and raisins

Method:

In a non stick pan boil the water and sugar till it reaches
1 string consistency. Remove from the stove.

Add in the butter and mix till the butter melts.
Once the butter melts, add in the milk powder,
sieved cocoa powder and the vanilla essence.
Mix really well until everything blends.

Add in the nuts and the raisins.
Grease a tray, pour in the mixture.
Allow the mixture to cool down for few minutes.
Use a knife and mark squares. Let it harden.
Remove and wrap them in coloured papers.

Note: Once it cools you can even roll it into balls
