OATS RAISIN SLICE



Ingredients:
(A)
½ cup raisins
½ cup sugar
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup rolled oats ground into flour
¼ tsp nutmeg powder
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

(B)
¼ cup oil
3 tbs butter
¼ cup milk
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tbs flaxseed powder
6 tbs water

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Grease a baking dish with little butter and keep aside.

In a large bowl, add the ingredients in (A)
Mix well and keep aside.

Mix the flaxseed powder with the 6 tbs of water.
Mix well till it becomes like sticky.
Add in the butter and mix well.

Now add this to the ingredients in the bowl.
Add in the oil , milk and the essence.
Mix everything well till blended.

Now spoon the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Place it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes,
or till cooked and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, cool thoroughly and slice.
