
Ingredients:
300 grms of cauliflower florets
(A)
2 tbs of plain flour
4 tbs corn flour
2 tbs rice flour
1 tsp soy sauce
Little sugar
A pinch of aji no motto
Little pepper powder
Little salt
Little vinegar
Little edible orange colour
(B)
1 tsp oil
150 grms onion chopped
10 pips garlic chopped
100 grms capsicum chopped
Little ginger chopped
Little spring onion leaf chopped
1 tsp pepper powder
½ tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp tomato sauce
2 tsp chillie sauce
Method:
Cut and clean the cauliflower florets.
Put them in a big bowl, add in all the (A) ingredients.
Just sprinkle little water, and mix every thing well.
The mixture should not be watery.
The flour should coat the cauliflower well.
Heat a wok with oil and deep fry the cauliflower florets.
Now heat a wok with 1 tsp oil, add in the onions, ginger, garlic,
and capsicum. Stir fry for a minute.
Add in the fried cauliflower florets, mix well.
Add in pepper powder, sugar, soy sauce, tomato sauce
and the chillie sauce. Give a good stir.
Now add 1 tbs of corn flour in ½ cup of water.
Raise the heat, pour over the Manchurian.
Give one good stir, garnish with the spring onion and remove.
Serve with hotel style fried rice.
