THOOTHUVALA KEERAI THUVATTAL

1 cup keerai chop it.
2 pips garlic chopped
4 shallots sliced
little oil or ghee.

heat a wok with the oil. add in the garlic and shallots,
stir fry well, add in the chopped keerai, little salt.
stir fry well, and serve with steaming rice immedeately.
you just penai with the rice and eat it.


Also she said, for rasam, we make like normal poondu rasam,
add in the keerai and no tamarind. Tamarind destroys the goodness in the keerai. if you want just add little lime juice just before consuming
