
Ingredients:
150 grms broccoli cut into florets
150 grms cauliflower cut into florets
100 grms fresh button mushrooms, quarter them
1 medium sized carrot sliced
100 grms baby corn , cut into lengths
50 grms beans cut into lengths
50 grms snow peas, cut into halves
4 pips garlic minced
1 tsp ginger minced
1 tbs corn flour
¼ cup hot water
1 tbs oil
1 ½ tbs oyster sauce
1 tsp light soya sacue
White pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in the wok till it starts to smoke.
Add in the garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
Add in the mushrooms, stir fry for a minute.
Add in the cauliflower, carrot, beans and baby corn.
Continue to stir fry for 3 minutes, sprinkle little hot water.
Cover and cook for a minute
Add in the broccoli and continue stir fry.
Add in the flavourings and continue to cook, till the
broccoli is slightly limp. All the veges must be crisp.
Mix the corn flour with the hot water, add to the veges
to thicken the sauce.
NOTE: You can use less corn flour if you do not want the sauce to be thick. Use accordingly.
