Veg Salad

Still in the subject of salads.
I am posting a picture to show how you can arrange
the salad if you are entertaining friends.


After arranging the veges, you can make a simple French dressing,
by mixing little vinegar, virgin olive oil, sugar,
salt and crushed garlic. Mix them nicely and drizzle all over the salad
