Healthy chapathi

Healthy chappathi:

1cup whole wheat, 1/3 cup of powdered oats, 1 tsp flax seeds powder mix it with warm water, 1 tblsp of skimmed milk. Chapathi will come very soft. Here i dont add salt.Finally after the dough is ready i add 2 to 3 drops of oil. keep this for 1/2 hour and make chapathi. It will come very nice.
