Ingredients:
eggs-2
small onion-4/5
turmeric powder- a pinch
jeera powder-1/2 tsp
chilli powder-1/2 tsp
salt-a little
oil-2 tsp
Preparation:
Boil the eggs, remove the shell and cut them into 4 pieces lengthwise. Heat oil in the kadai and fry chopped onion and add a tbs of water. Add the turmeric poder, chilli powder, jeera powder and salt. Add to this the diced egg pieces. Saute in small fire till dry
