Yesterday's dinner was Suvai's tayir roti.
Very tasty with the chutney.

Thayir Roti:
Boiled rice flour - oru cup
Pottu chappathi maathri pisaiyum alavuku sour curds add panikonga coconut scrappings or small keethu pottu coconut, chopped small onions, green chillies, ginger grated, kothamali & karuvepilai cut mix all this with the rice flour & curds make it into small small round chappathis & thavala pottu ennai vitu cover panni cover panni cook panni edunga ( adai vaarkiraar pola )
ithuku coconut/greenchillies/little tamarind/small onions ellaam coarse ah araithu chutney seiyunga...u need not thaalichify for this with kadugu etc. Wink
