Eggless Milk Cake (kugan)
The birthday cakeEGGLESS MILK CAKE
Ingredients:
300 grms self rising flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
240 ml evaporated milk
200 grms butter
180 grms castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder 3 times
Beat butter with the castor sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Pour evaporated milk little by little, while whisking.
Add in the vanilla essence.
Fold in the flour until the batter is well mixed.
Pour into a greased tray.
Bake for 1 hour or until the cake is cooked at 170 degrees C,
In a preheated oven.
Butter Icing:
250 grms soft butter
300 grms icing sugar
100 ml evaporated milk
½ tsp vanilla essence.
Method:
Beat together the ingredients, add preferred colour.
Design as you like.
