OATS CHAPATHI

OATS CHAPATHI

Ingredients:

1 cup oats

¾ cup wheat flour

Little oil

Little water

Salt to taste

Method:

Grind the oats to a coarse powder.

Add in the wheat flour.

Add enough water, salt and oil.

Knead to a soft dough. Rest the dough for 3 hours.

Then take little dough and roll it into a chapathi.

Heat a dosai kal and cook on both sides.

Serve with any gravy.
